July's Blocks for Nikki

These aren't really due until July's KCMQG meeting, but I thought I'd show you guys what I've collected so far.  I've been playing around with them.  I added borders to a couple and cut them wonkier.  Made them even more fun!

Thanks, everyone for your enthusiasm and creativity!  They're all very unique and I couldn't pick a favorite if I had to.

I'm trying to come up with ideas on how to set these...  I still don't know what my final # of blocks will be because a few of us made more than one block.  I'll use extras on my backing.

Any ideas on what I should do?  I have a bolt of fabric that I'm planning on using with these.  It's  blue/light green.  Should I put them on point?  Sashing?  Hmm....

So many possibilities. :)

Here are a couple of pictures of the fabric that I have an entire bolt of....

Sorry for the picture quality.  Iphone in a poorly lit attic.

I like the on-point idea. How about using a med grey for the blank spots....might make your pieced blocks really "pop" more than a patterned fabric..
Just an idea.........

I hadn't thought about using a solid in between... Grey would be a great choice, too... Hmm...
