Bonus Quilt!

I've decided to take Nikki's suggestion about making a second quilt as we go along.  I also decided that since only one quilt in my entire quilt collection is made by me, we probably need to add another.  My sweet husband's face lit up when I said, "how about you pick out the fabric and I'll make it for you." 

He responded with, "Can it be a robot or mustache quilt?  If you read my other blog, I'm sure you've noticed that we've been in the Pacific Northwest recently.  While we was there, I convinced my husband, Jason, to stop at the Fabric Depot.  And that's where we found this.

Do I not have the sweetest husband?  He loves robots.  :)

So, this is the second quilt I'll be making as we go along.  I'll make one block for the hostess of the month using her focus fabric & a second block of the same design using the robot as the focus fabric.  I think it shall be fun to see what these little guys end up like.  :)
