These are the Quilts of Valor blocks that have been turned in so far... Jaime made the top one and I made the bottom one... These are due at the June KCMQG meeting. We will end up with 12 blocks and will set them on point, I think. I have lots and lots of the red fabric, so we might use it to make a border. I'm most likely going to use it for a backing.
Thanks so much for helping out with this quilt, my friends! We will see if some of our Ft. Leavenworth members can help us find a soldier who would be a good recipient for this QOV when it's complete. Hopefully, we can get it quilted this summer and maybe by the fall we will be able to complete it and award it.
